What are my Shipping Costs going to be?

The shipping costs are determined by our shipping carrier partners based on the the size, weight and post code for delivery .

If you want to know the shipping costs, place the products into the cart, enter your address details and the cart page will calculate the shipping costs for you.

Alternatively, you can contact us via chat, email or phone and we can assist you.

We want to ensure that all our customers can get the products they want at a fair price, so if the shipping costs are unfavorable, please contact us directly to work out a deal on shipping.

When Should I Expect My Items To Be Delivered?

The estimated delivery time frames are:

  • VIC customers : approximately 10 - 12 working days;
  • NSW, SA & ACT customers : approximately 9 - 12 working days;
  • QLD, NT, WA & TAS customers : approximately 10 - 12 working days.

High Demand and International items: Some of our items are in high demand and some items are shipped internationally. In this case we will have a note on the product page stating such. These shipping times are between 12-21 days within Australia. 

Please Note: Delivery time starts only after the buyers’ payments have been fully cleared. The item will then be dispatched from our warehouses, usually 1 -3 working days after receipt of cleared payment.

As we use various delivery partners to delivery our items, we nor our delivery partners can provide or guarantee a delivery on specific dates or times.

Due to ongoing COVID restrictions being placed in different states and natural disasters from time to time, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases is appreciated.

Below are guidelines for the following couriers we may use:

Australia Post: Items dispatched by Australia Post’s  will be issued with a barcoded address label. Upon dispatch, you will be issued with a consignment number. You can use this number to track your order, please visit

Aramax: Items dispatched with Aramex, will be issued with an email of confirmation, inclusive of your order tracking number. To track the item(s), please visit http://www.aramex.com.au and use the given tracking number.

Allied Express:
 Items dispatched with Allied Express will be issued with a barcoded address label and you will be able to track your items through the Allied Express website http://alliedexpress.com.au/ or call 131373 for more queries.

Toll: Parcels dispatched with Toll will be issued with a barcoded address label and you can track your item(s) through the Toll website anytime at https://www.tollgroup.com/tools/mytoll

Hunter Couriers: Parcels dispatched with Hunter Express, will be issued with a barcoded address label. You will be able to track you item(s) through the Hunter Express website at anytime at https://www.hunterexpress.com.au/home

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer team will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

In the event of any address discrepancies with your order, the product(s) will be returned to us, and one of our a customer care team members will contact via email.

Any products that are returned to us will incur a re-delivery fee.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

In the event that no one is present to collect or sign for the order when it arrives: 

  • If delivered by Australia Post : Your parcel will be available for collection at your local Post Office, a notification will be left in the mailbox in this instance. 
  • If your item is delivered by Aramex or Allied Express :  arrangement will be made prior to deliver  to ensure your item arrives at your convenience.
  • If you are not home at the arranged time, a re-delivery cost will occur at your expense.
