Refund Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving your item. To request a return, ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with tags. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior authorisation.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalised items or special orders), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for returns. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges
To ensure a swift exchange, we recommend returning the item and placing a separate order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement.
